Shirin Frangoul-Brückner honoured as SEGD Fellow in Dallas

Shirin Frangoul-Brückner receives prestigious international recognition: „Her influence on the design world reaches far beyond her role at ATELIER BRÜCKNER. Her exceptional approaches to storytelling and multi-sensory design have profoundly shaped museum and exhibition design on a global scale,“ stated the jury for the SEGD Fellow Award, one of the highest accolades granted by the US-based Society for Experiential Graphic Design. Shirin Frangoul-Brückner was presented with the award on September 28, 2024, in Dallas.

“I am deeply honoured to receive this recognition and to join such an esteemed group of past awardees. This award, which I dedicate to my entire team, highlights the vital role of creating narrative spaces that bring culture and history to life, inspiring people around the world,” said out Managing Director. The award as well goes to graphic designer and typographer Stefan Sagmeister and Marquis Stillwell, New York designer and documentary film director. In addition, the Ephesus Experience Museum designed by ATELIER BRÜCKNER was honoured with one of the SEGD Global Design Awards.

SEGD is an international organisation based in Washington DC that specialises in the design of spatial experiences using graphic elements. It has been awarding the prestigious Fellow honour every year since 1987.
