The historic palace of Grand Duke Nicholas Konstantinovich Romanov in Tashkent, Uzbekistan, built in 1891, is being transformed into a museum. ATELIER BRÜCKNER has been commissioned with the refurbishment and conversion of the building in line with its listed status.
